has a gift for expressing the beauty and dignity of the human spirit.
Carol Castor has a degree in Fine Art from the University of Oklahoma
and studied at the Art Students League of New York. She is featured in
current editions of Who's Who in America.
An accomplished artist in several media, Castor works in oils, pastels,
and sculpture. Castor captures people in all walks of life: the Native
American, ranch culture, Americana, the cowboy and cowgirl, people from
the mid-west, and sacred images. A portrait artist, Castor is a member
of ASOPA (American Society of Portrait Artists) and has produced several
portraits for the University of Oklahoma: The Health Sciences Center,
The Law Center, and the Pharmacy School. Her web Portrait Gallery displays
her commissioned work.
